In the past , the color of the pain-relief patch was only white. It looked not so cool when you worn the short tee. So we designed the new pain-relief patch : The 18 copperman pain-relief patch. We put the patterns on the patch — It was not only a pain-relief patch, but also a stylistic accessory. It’s just a simple idea, but the manufacturing process was complex. We try different ways to print in order to ensure the air-permeability of the patch and make it looked like real tattoos.
以往酸痛膠布通常都是白色貼布，貼上大大白白的一塊，對於注重打扮的人，實在不太好看，尤其炎熱的夏天，完全沒辦法靠衣服遮掩，於是由我們企劃而生的商品就誕生了，換上不同塗裝的花紋，把原本需要被遮掩的貼布換成搭配的時尚配件。但在製作上，為了解決貼布透氣與上色的問題，與工廠多次往返的測試，在印刷上就花上近半年的開發時間，尤其「刺青」一款，為了達到讓人信以為真的效果，更是費時，光光刺青就動用了九道的印刷工續，成果令人非常滿意，尤其在不經意中，還真以為是真的刺青。
